Our February SemDem of the Month...

Elizabeth Schmitt!

Elizabeth Schmitt proves by her example that capitalism and business ownership are not just compatible with identification as a Democrat, but also that Democratic identity is just one facet of a personality that combines skill and talent with compassion and generosity.  She selflessly offers her time and substantial work filling the duties of Secretary of the Seminole County Democratic Party.  In addition, she is always available to help out in activities or jobs that seem sometimes to come up at a relentless pace.  She has donated use of her property for events, founded the Small Business Outreach Committee (DemsBiz), started the DEC Library, and by her example we have one of our youngest members, her son Eric.  Congratulations Elizabeth on a job well done!
